Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Adorn Lady. We want you to have a pleasant and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Refund Timeframe

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.


3. Cosmetics & Hygiene Products (Important)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and beauty products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


5. Customs, Duties & International Delays (Worldwide Orders)

As we ship internationally, orders may occasionally be delayed, held, or inspected by customs authorities in the destination country.

  • Adorn Lady is not responsible for delays, holds, or rejections caused by customs authorities.

  • Customers are advised to check their local customs regulations and import rules before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to customs issues or refusal to pay duties/taxes, refunds (if approved) will be issued for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We aim to keep this policy fair while being transparent about international shipping realities.


6. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at adornlady25@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed.

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
